Do the wigs come pre-styled?
Yes! One of our main goals is to make getting ready as convenient as possible. Many of our wigs come pre-styled.
The only products applied to the hair is lightweight heat protectant and a flexible-hold hairspray. Product usage is minimal and only what is necessary is applied.
If you would like your wig to come in its natural state with no styling, either purchase one of our Natural Finish wigs or request a Custom Unit in a Natural Finish.
How long before I receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The shipping timeframe for pre-order Wigs and Custom Units varies depending on order volume, customization requests, and current scheduling.
Estimated timeframes for Wigs will be posted on the Home page and/or product information page.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is provided for all orders within the United States. For all other countries and territories, final shipping cost will be determined at checkout.
Please note that sales tax is also collected when required by your state or region.
What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where is your hair sourced?
Our hair is ethically sourced directly from India, without brokers or third-party distributors. By working closely with our source, we maintain full visibility over quality, integrity, and origin, ensuring every Unit meets the highest standard from start to finish.
How do I measure my head for my wig?
To ensure your unit fits securely and comfortably, take your measurements carefully using a soft measuring tape. If you don’t have one, a string and ruler will work.
For best results, measure your hair in the way you plan to wear it underneath your wig (braided down or as flat as possible).
1. Circumference (Most Important)
- Place the measuring tape at the center of your hairline.
Wrap it around your head → behind your ears and around the nape of your neck → then back to the starting point at your hairline. - Keep the tape snug, but not tight.
- Write down the measurement in inches.
2. Front to Nape
- Place the tape at the center of your front hairline.
- Run it straight back over the crown of your head to the nape of your neck.
3. Ear to Ear (Over Crown)
- Place the tape at the top of one ear.
- Measure across the crown of your head to the top of the opposite ear.
Fit Guide (General Reference)
- Small: 21 – 21.5 inches
- Medium: 22 – 22.5 inches
- Large: 23 – 23.5 inches
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and adjustability.
What if I choose the wrong cap size?
Our wig caps are adjustable and ventilated for flexibility and breathability. If your wig cap doesn't fit properly, please try to adjust the straps on the inside of the wig cap.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Items ineligible for return will be marked "Final Sale" on the product information page. All Custom Units are Final Sale.
How do I create a custom wig?
To create a Custom Unit, please submit the form on the Custom Units page to start your request. Please be sure to read our Custom Unit Policy before submitting your request.
Do you offer payment plans (Shop Pay, Afterpay, etc.)?
Yes! Available payment plans can be accessed during checkout.
