What is the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The shipping timeframe for Wigs and Custom Units varies depending on order volume, customization requests, and current scheduling.

Estimated timeframes for Wigs will be posted on the Home page and/or product information page.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Items ineligible for return will be marked "Final Sale" on the product information page. All Custom Units are Final Sale.
