To ensure exceptional quality and consistency, all Custom Units are exclusively crafted using Sophi Hair hair. We do not create custom units with hair sourced from outside vendors.

Quotes & Payment

After submitting the Custom Unit request form, your inquiry will be carefully reviewed. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining the total cost of your Custom Unit, generally within 48 hours of submission.

Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.

Please note: Production will begin only after full payment has been received and processed. The production timeline does not start at form submission — it begins once payment is confirmed.

Production Timeframe

Each Custom Unit is made to order with careful attention to detail. Production time typically ranges up to 14 calendar days, depending on order volume, customization requests, and current scheduling.

While we strive to meet this timeframe, slight extensions may occasionally occur. If so, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we create your unit.

Shipping & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your Custom Unit is complete. Orders are transferred to the selected carrier as quickly as possible.

Please note that once the package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment, but delays caused by the carrier must be addressed directly with them.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Final Sale Policy

Because each Custom Unit is handmade specifically for you, all Custom Unit purchases are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.

If you experience an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist accordingly.

Customization Accuracy

Please review your customization selections carefully before submitting your order. We create your unit according to the specifications provided. If you are unsure about wig cap size, density, length, or styling, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order.
